Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Front Office professional to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent patient service capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of dental office operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily clinic functions, managing patient interactions, and supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks. The Dental Front Office provides a welcoming environment for patients while maintaining efficient office workflows through effective scheduling, insurance verification, and medical record management. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and providing exceptional customer service. Manage appointment scheduling using Open Dental dental practice management Verify insurance coverage and benefits to facilitate accurate billing and claims processing. Posing check payments from Insurance Companies Maintain accurate and organized patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with insurance claims submission, follow-up on unpaid claims, and resolve billing discrepancies. Facilitate communication between patients and clinical staff by providing clear instructions regarding treatment plans and appointment details. Perform office management duties including inventory control of supplies, appointment reminders, and general clerical support to promote an efficient clinic environment. Experience Prior experience working in a dental or medical office setting is required; clinic experience is highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with dental practice management software. We use Open Dental) Proven ability to handle Dental billing, collections, insurance verification, and documentation review with accuracy and professionalism. Exceptional organizational skills combined with strong communication abilities to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$25.55 - $32.00 per hour
