Job Description
Our established outpatient physical therapy practice in Ladera Ranch is looking for an experienced, organized, and personable Medical Receptionist to be the face of our clinic. If you thrive in a fast-paced healthcare front office and genuinely enjoy helping patients, we'd love to meet you. What you'll do: Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a smooth daily schedule Verify insurance and handle billing/co-pay collection Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments Maintain accurate records in our EMR/scheduling system Safeguard patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA What we're looking for: 1+ years of medical front office experience required (PT/orthopedic clinic experience a strong plus) Experience with insurance verification and EMR/scheduling software Excellent communication and multitasking skills Friendly, professional, detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish) a plus What we offer: Competitive pay: $20-$24/hour, based on experience Stable, established practice with a loyal patient base Supportive work environment
