Dental Front Office (HMO)

Dental Front Office (HMO) Laguna Summit Dental Our modern, boutique dental practice in Laguna Hills is seeking a highly organized and professional Front Office Coordinator with strong experience in dental insurance verification and eligibility processing . This position is ideal for an individual who values accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional patient service.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive insurance eligibility and benefit verifications prior to patient appointments. Accurately enter and maintain patient and insurance information in the dental practice management system. Coordinate patient scheduling, confirmations, and daily flow to ensure optimal efficiency. Communicate professionally with patients, insurance representatives, and clinical team members. Assist with billing inquiries, claim follow-ups, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental front office role , preferably in a private practice setting. Proficient in insurance verification , including PPO, HMO, and other dental benefit plans. Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedure codes, and insurance coordination . Experience with dental software systems such as Dentrix or Open Dental is preferred. Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Professional demeanor and commitment to providing a positive patient experience.
