Job Description
Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator We're looking for a friendly, organized, and driven Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in creating a great patient experience while helping patients understand and move forward with their treatment plans. What You'll Do Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive first impression Check patients in/out and provide necessary paperwork Answer phone calls and assist with scheduling, questions, and patient needs Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments and treatment plans Clearly explain treatment options and help patients move forward with care Present financial options (CareCredit, LendingClub, etc.) and assist with collections Verify insurance eligibility and review benefits with patients Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Keep the front office organized, clean, and running efficiently What We're Looking For Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Experience in dental/medical front office, treatment coordinating, or similar role preferred Ability to communicate treatment plans and build patient trust Familiarity with insurance verification, PPOs, and EHR systems Strong organizational and multitasking skills Sales or case acceptance experience is a plus Spanish speaking is a plus Compensation Pay based on experienc Compensation is based on experience and qualification Nothing in this job description restricts CaliDental's right to assign or reassign job duties and responsibilities for this position at any time.
