You'll manage front desk operations, verify coverage, and support administrative tasks that keep our clinic running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients, manage incoming calls, and schedule appointments Complete patient registration and update Electronic Health Records (EHR) Verify insurance coverage, co-pays, and patient eligibility Collect and post payments; reconcile daily cash transactions Maintain daily schedules and front desk inventory Support daily clinic operations and administrative needs
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Medical Assistant certification required Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word; able to type 40+ WPM Experience with payment collection and insurance verification Bilingual (Spanish, Punjabi, or Hmong) preferred Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Working Conditions:
