The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service while ensuring smooth front-office operations in a fast-paced pediatric dental practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and check them in/out for appointments Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently Verify insurance information and assist with payment processing Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed Coordinate with dental staff to ensure timely patient flow Manage office communications, including emails and reminders Uphold a clean, welcoming, and professional front-desk environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dental office preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer systems Knowledge of dental insurance and billing practices is a plus Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Professional demeanor and a positive attitude
