Dental Office Front Desk

We are seeking to fill a front desk position for our general dental practice in Novato. This position would be Monday through Thursday 8AM to 5PM. The hours have the potential to be flexible for the right candidate. This position is at the hub of our friendly and comfort-oriented practice, so we are looking for someone that is professional, kind, positive, and energetic. The characteristics of having a great attitude towards learning and being a team player are a priority over experience. While this is an entry level position, there may be opportunities to expand your role within the practice in the future.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Be reliable, responsible, detail oriented, and highly organized. Have a positive attitude and act with integrity. Have excellent communication skills and a passion for working with people. Have basic computer competency skills and the ability to multi-task. No dental office experience is necessary, but must have a willingness to learn. Spanish speaking is a plus, but not a requirement. Some of the duties will be to: Meet and greet patients Schedule and confirm appointments Answer phones promptly, professionally, and pleasantly Handle email and text correspondence with patients Handle patient payments
