Mark Youssef and a team of highly skilled professionals, is dedicated to providing cutting-edge treatments with exceptional care and service. The team includes cosmetic surgeons, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, surgical technicians, nurse injectors, estheticians, lymphatic massage therapists, and permanent makeup artists, all committed to ensuring the best possible experience for clients. Located in Santa Monica, CA, and Oxnard , CA, the centers are renowned for helping clients feel confident, look great, and embrace their unique beauty. Role Description This is a part-time , on-site role for a Front Office Coordinator at Younique Surgery Center & Medical Spa, at the Oxnard location. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to be the face of our med spa. This role is essential in creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment guests walk through the door.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients with warmth and professionalism in person and over the phone Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently Check patients in and out; collect payments and process transactions Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Answer questions about services, memberships, and pricing Assist with retail sales and product recommendations Support providers and clinical staff with daily operations Keep the front desk and lobby organized and presentable Handle patient inquiries, follow-ups, and basic administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a med spa, medical office, plastic surgery practice, or hospitality setting preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities Comfort with EMR systems, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems Sales experience or confidence discussing treatments and memberships is a plus Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Associate's degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred)

(fluent in spanish and english)

Limit:
50 units of neurotoxin and 1 syringe of filler per treatment A VERY supportive, healthy, and positive work environment Opportunity to grow with an expanding aesthetic practice 48 sick hours per year (accrued) 40 vacation hours per year (accrued)
Schedule:
Tuesday and Thursday:
9am
  • 5:30pm in our Oxnard location
