Overview:
- Our dental practice is currently seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless patient experiences and efficient treatment coordination within our office. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in patient service and administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries
- Utilize phone systems to schedule appointments, follow up on treatments, and manage patient records
- Proficiently navigate Dentrix software to input and update patient information accurately
- Collaborate with the dental team to coordinate treatment plans and ensure timely patient care
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a dental receptionist or treatment coordinator role
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with Dentrix software is preferred
- Knowledge of medical office operations and urgent care processes is advantageous
- Ability to multitask effectively
