What You'll Do As the Front Office Lead, you will oversee the daily workflow of the business office while creating a positive and productive environment for both patients and team members.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading and supporting the front office team to ensure smooth daily operations Creating a warm, welcoming environment for patients and team members Managing patient scheduling, confirmations, and filling openings caused by cancellations or schedule changes Greeting patients and ensuring an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out Answering phones and coordinating communication between patients, providers, insurance companies, sister offices, and specialists Monitoring office production goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Communicating goals and motivating team members to contribute to the success of the practice Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements with patients Verifying insurance benefits and coordinating coverage for recommended treatment Managing accounts receivable and patient statements Submitting insurance claims and following up on outstanding claims Posting insurance payments and maintaining accurate patient accounts Managing payment arrangements and financing plans Maintaining accurate patient records and electronic charts Assisting with inventory management and office organization Supporting team training, coaching, and development Helping ensure compliance with office policies and regulatory requirements What You'll Bring 3-5 years of dental front office experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, collections, and financial arrangements Experience with practice management software, including Modento or similar systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities A positive attitude and team-first mindset Professionalism, dependability, and attention to detail A commitment to creating exceptional patient experiences Schedule Monday 9:00 AM

- 1:00 PM Must be available to travel between Inland Empire locations as needed.
