The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in dental insurance verification, billing, and treatment coordination. If you enjoy helping patients and thrive in a collaborative office environment, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients with a warm, professional attitude Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments Submit, monitor, and follow up on dental insurance claims Post insurance payments and process necessary account adjustments Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Answer incoming phone calls and assist with patient questions and concerns Maintain accurate patient records and support efficient daily office operations Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and insurance companies Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience required Strong understanding of dental insurance verification and claims processing Experience working with PPO insurance Knowledge of dental terminology, ADA/CDT codes, and insurance billing procedures Excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and helping our practice deliver a seamless experience from check-in to treatment completion.
