Medical Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

• Take and document vital signs; prepare patients for examinations
• Assist healthcare providers with procedures and treatments as needed
• Administer medications and injections under provider supervision; monitor patient responses
• Maintain accurate patient medical records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, preferably Epic
• Use medical terminology effectively to communicate with healthcare team members
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient care and positive patient experiences
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced ambulatory care environment while maintaining professionalism and patient confidentiality Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant in an ambulatory care setting
• Proficiency in EMR systems, preferably Epic
• Demonstrated skills in patient rooming, vital signs measurement, injection administration, and medical record maintenance
• Strong teamwork, multitasking, and customer service skills "TSHL01"

Pay:

$23.00 - $24.00 per hour
