We are looking for an experienced, reliable, flexible and motivated Dental Front Desk / Insurance & Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role in our office — the right candidate will help patients understand their treatment, maximize their insurance benefits, and create a positive experience from the moment they walk in. Responsibilities Greet patients and provide excellent customer service Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility accurately Present and explain treatment plans and financial options clearly to patients Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims Manage patient scheduling efficiently and keep the schedule productive Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow Handle patient billing questions professionally Maintain accurate patient records in practice management software Help create a positive, team-oriented office environment Qualifications We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in dental front office (minimum 2-3 years preferred) Strong with •insurance verification, billing, and claim follow Pay based on experience, insurance knowledge, and ability to manage treatment planning. Compensation increases based on performance, reliability, and contribution to office growth.
