 Willingness  Integrity  Accountability  Compassion To win this exciting and rewarding position you will need:  3 years experience in Dentistry as a front office coordinator  Expert on dental software, treatment planning, billing (PPO, Medical, HMO), and financial arrangements and Accounts receivable  Experienced on how to schedule multiple providers to goal  Experienced in creating claims and following up on insurance  Modify and updating systems and procedures to insure optimum service to patients, the practice and employees  Sociable and able to build rapport easily. Employment:
