What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll support patients and staff by handling a variety of front‑desk and administrative tasks, including: Greeting and checking in patients in a professional and welcoming manner Scheduling appointments in person and over the phone Communicating with patients and outside offices regarding appointments and referrals Verifying insurance and authorizations Processing referrals and assisting with billing follow‑ups Answering incoming calls in a high‑volume setting

What We're Looking For Required:

Strong customer service skills Bilingual in Farsi or Arabic Comfortable answering phones and interacting with patients throughout the day Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a busy environment Preferred (but not required): Experience with appointment scheduling or reception Insurance verification or referral processing experience Prior healthcare or medical office experience Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sacramento, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
