The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette , strong communication skills, and experience working with dental insurance .

Responsibilities:

Greet patients with a warm and welcoming attitude Answer and manage multi-line phone system with professionalism Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Verify dental insurance coverage and benefits Submit insurance claims and follow up as needed Collect co-pays and manage patient billing Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Communicate effectively with both patients and clinical staff

Qualifications:

1+ years of dental front office experience preferred Working knowledge of dental insurance plans and billing procedures Excellent phone and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
