Orthodontic Receptionist - Modern, Family-Oriented Practice We are seeking a Friendly, Motivated and Experienced Dental Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients, with the opportunity to grow into a Treatment Coordinator role in the future. We are a private orthodontic office equipped with the most cutting-edge technologies, dedicated to delivering exceptional care in a warm, family-oriented environment. Our team enjoys working with children and is committed to creating a positive experience for every patient. Minimal 1 year dental office working experiences is required

Employment Type:
Full-time Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients with a friendly, professional attitude. Schedule appointments, manage check-in/check-out, and answer phone calls. Verify dental insurance and support front office operations. Coordinate treatment plans with the clinical team. Maintain accurate patient records using digital practice management software. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience required. Friendly, organized, dependable, and patient-focused. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Professional, detail-oriented, and a team player. Fast learner for modern dental software. Preferred Orthodontic office experience is a plus. Chinese speaking is preferred (not required).
