Responsibilities Greet and interact with patients in a warm and friendly manner Create and manage patient records Verify dental plan eligibility and billing Schedule appointments for patients efficiently and productively Answer phones in a timely and professional manner Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or GED Proficient in email, Microsoft Office, and comfortable with technology Experience with Softdent software and Weave are preferred Ability to navigate insurance billing Excellent interpersonal skills Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks Must be punctual and possess excellent attendance Benefits Dental Generous
