$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Job description: We are looking for a friendly, reliable Dental Front Office Assistant to join our team part-time. This role focuses on scheduling and confirming appointments, welcoming patients, and supporting our front office operations. No prior dental office experience is required- We are happy to train the right person! Dental office experience is a plus, but not required. The person will be working in a modern, state-of-the-art office with a supportive and friendly team environment.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Dental Front Office Administrator and Appointment Scheduler to join our team in the US. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent patient service, and efficient appointment management, reflecting our commitment to quality care and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments efficiently. Verify insurance information and process billing accurately. Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems such as Eagle soft. Handle phone inquiries with excellent etiquette. Assist with administrative tasks including filing, documentation review, and data entry. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. Uphold HIPAA compliance and safeguard patient confidentiality Qualification Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
