Front Desk Medical Receptionist (Hiring for Multiple San Diego Locations)

As the first point of contact for our patients, our front desk team plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Front Desk Medical Receptionist with excellent communication and customer service skills. You will handle patient check-in and check-out, scheduling, and other front office responsibilities that support smooth clinic operations. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients and complete check-in/check-out procedures. Schedule and confirm appointments. Collect co-pays and update patient demographics. Scan new patient paperwork, release forms, and insurance cards. Answer phone calls and assist patients with scheduling or rescheduling. Provide outstanding customer service as one of the first points of contact. Requirements Bilingual English & Spanish (required). Computer proficiency with strong data-entry accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

Medical Assistant Certificate. Previous medical office experience. CPR certification.
