Our recently renovated office features modern technology, and we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, supportive environment for both patients and team members. Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team long-term. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes initiative. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out process Collect co-pays and discuss treatment financials Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify dental insurance and benefits Maintain smooth front office operations and patient flow Qualifications 1+ year of dental front office experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Comfortable working independently and with a team Experience with Dentrix is a plus What We Offer Supportive and team-oriented work environment Modern, updated office with advanced technology Long-term growth opportunity Competitive pay based on experience flexible regarding part time or full time
