Description As a Medical Front Office Specialist, you set the tone for the patient experience. This role blends customer service, problem‑solving, and administrative coordination in a fast‑paced outpatient environment. You will manage phones, support scheduling, and keep front‑office operations running smoothly while delivering a welcoming, professional experience to every patient. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 6 months in an outpatient medical office or similar setting preferred
• High‑volume customer‑facing experience preferred
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to type and navigate multiple computer applications
• Experience using standard office equipment
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience with electronic practice management systems
