Medical Front Office Representative

We are hiring a Medical Front Office Representative.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting patients, answering phones.
• Patient registration and admission.
• Verifying insurance for healthcare services.
• Calculate and secure patient liability, including copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles.
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and financial transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years experience in patient services.
• Experience working in medical office setting, outpatient clinic or doctors office.
• Proficient in CS Link or Epic software.
