In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your energetic and organized approach will help coordinate appointments, manage patient records, and support the clinical team with administrative excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant, personalized healthcare environment focused on transforming smiles and building confidence. Duties Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments Verify insurance coverage and perform insurance eligibility checks Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing patient inquiries promptly and courteously Collect payments and keep accurate records Maintain organized records of patient interactions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations Skills Proven experience in medical or dental office administration with strong clerical skills and office management expertise Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while providing bilingual support as needed Strong organizational skills for appointment scheduling, filing, and managing medical records accurately Ability to navigate multi-line phone systems confidently while demonstrating professional communication skills Experience with dental clinic operations or orthodontic office workflows is highly preferred; familiarity with dental software is a plus Schedule We work three consecutive days per week, but the days vary (MTW, TWTh, WThF).
