Our client is seeking a dependable and organized Temporary Front Office Coordinator to provide leave coverage in a busy Medical Office. The assignment will go through approximately December 2026. This individual will play a key role in supporting daily front office operations and ensuring a smooth patient experience. Responsibilities include coordinating patient intakes, assigning patients to therapists, verifying insurance information, assisting with billing and deductible processes, and maintaining accurate and organized records. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a medical office or insurance-related environment and be comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
