Job Description

Medical Front Office Coordinator
  • LOCATION
    Ventura, CA (On-Site)
  • PAY:
    $25
  • 28/hour
  • HOURS:
    Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5:00pm
THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a dependable and organized Temporary Medical Front Office Coordinator to provide leave coverage beginning June 8, 2026 through December 2026. This is a fast-paced front office role requiring strong scheduling, insurance verification, and patient coordination experience. Candidates must be comfortable discussing deductibles, out-of-pocket costs, and insurance-related processes with patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient intake and scheduling appointments
  • Assign patients to therapists and maintain daily schedules
  • Verify insurance coverage and explain deductibles/out-of-pocket costs
  • Support billing processes and maintain accurate documentation
  • Answer phones and provide professional front office support
  • Maintain organized patient files and office records
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
