Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and organized Medical Front Office Associate for a temporary, on-site assignment in Ventura, CA. This role supports a well-established therapy-focused healthcare environment and is ideal for a front office professional who enjoys helping patients and families while keeping daily administrative operations running smoothly. The Medical Front Office Associate will provide leave coverage from early June 2026 through December 2026 and will play an important role in patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification, and front office communication. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative healthcare team known for patient-centered service, supportive leadership, and a positive work environment where accuracy, compassion, and professionalism are valued. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist patients and families in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
  • Coordinate patient intakes, scheduling, and therapist assignments to support efficient patient flow.
  • Verify insurance coverage, benefits, deductibles, co-pays, and out-of-pocket responsibilities.
  • Explain patient financial information clearly and accurately to families.
  • Assist with billing-related administrative processes and maintain organized patient records.
  • Support day-to-day front office operations, communication, and general administrative workflow. Compensation and Benefits
