We're a well-established, multi-doctor optometry practice in Ventura dedicated to providing exceptional eye care and creating an outstanding patient experience. We are currently seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our team. Your Role As our Medical Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in keeping the office running smoothly while creating a warm, welcoming environment for our patients. You'll be the hub of communication between patients, doctors, and staff. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor Answer multi-line phones and respond to patient inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Collect co-pays, payments, and balances; process transactions accurately Verify insurance benefits and assist with authorizations Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate front desk flow to support clinical staff Handle patient questions with confidence and care Assist with light administrative duties as needed Why You'll Love Working With Us Competitive Pay
