Dental Receptionist

Pediatric Dental Receptionist Our growing pediatric dental office is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Pediatric Dental Receptionist to join our team! We are seeking someone who loves working with children and families and can help create a warm, positive experience from the moment patients walk through the door.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and families with professionalism and kindness Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify insurance and review treatment plans Manage patient records and assist with front office flow Help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for children

Qualifications:

Dental front office experience preferred Pediatric dental experience is a plus Strong communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Familiarity with dental software preferred
