Medical Receptionist

Description Front office support including patient check-in, scheduling, verifying demographics and insurance, managing referrals, collecting co-pays, and assisting with patient inquiries while supporting overall clinic workflow. Verifying appointments. They also do outreach to patients

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and route calls
• Manage provider schedules and appointments
• Verify insurance and obtain authorizations
• Support clinic flow and patient experience
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Medical office experience preferred
• EMR experience (NextGen preferred)

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
