We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, stays organized, communicates well, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment. Dental experience is helpful but not required — we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude, work ethic, and personality.
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:
9:00 AM•6:00 PM One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM•2:00
PM No Wednesdays Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Welcoming and checking in/out patients Answering phone calls and communicating with patients Scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar Assisting with treatment coordination and patient follow-up Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits Handling billing and payment processing Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk Supporting the back office team with simple tasks when needed

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Customer service experience preferred Dental experience preferred but not required Comfortable using computers and learning new software Microsoft Office experience helpful
Compensation:
$20•23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Bonus opportunities available Opportunities for growth based on performance
