Lee, DDS is an established, ethical dental private practice. Our philosophy is caring for our patients as family, with trust and understanding. We operate at a comfortable pace, allowing time for our patient care.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and providing information
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Resolve patients concerns and issues promptly and effectively
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing reservations
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
  • Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns or issues Experience with Dentrix Experience with dental insurance, pre-authorizations Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
