Must be bilingual: fluent in English and Vietnamese (excellent communication skills) Well-organized and reliable Willing to learn and hard-working

Responsibilities :

Provide outstanding professional customer service: friendly and outgoing personality Insurance verification eligibility, follow up on claims and pretreatments Light data entry Scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, confirming appointments Be comfortable presenting treatment plans and collecting payments from patients Be comfortable with recalls for patient Maintain appointment by following up on no-show or cancelled appointments Maintain a clean patient waiting area and front desk Assist with back office as needed What you get from us...
