Punctual and reliable individual with great attendance record Flexible in fast-paced environment Independent; excellent with time management What your responsibilities will be: Greet patients. Check-in and check-out patients Assist patients with required paperwork for dental services and financial responsibilities. Collect payments and post payments to patient accounts. Keep the reception area neat and clean. Check e mails and voicemails - Respond in a timely manner. C ommunicat e with other departments for support. Participate in various projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management. Answer phone calls and transfer them to the correct department/person.
