Our Wildomar office is hiring for an Experienced Bilingual Front/Back Medical Assistant Floater. You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities for front office:

Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff Answer phones Schedule and cancel appointments Collect co-pays Travel to multiple offices when needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in healthcare as a medical assistant Familiarity with EHR Strong organizational skills and time management Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Team player Communication skills as you will be working with physicians and the office team. Must be willing to travel up to 35% Bilingual- Spanish is a must
