We are looking for a polished, positive, and motivated Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. This is not a traditional receptionist role. We are seeking someone with strong communication skills, a professional phone presence, emotional maturity, a growth mindset, and the ability to bring calm, positive energy into a fast-paced environment every day. The right person is resilient, self-accountable, solution-oriented, and naturally goes above and beyond without needing constant direction. We are a high-standard, system-driven practice. We value people who take ownership, follow through, adapt quickly, and genuinely care about creating an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with warmth, professionalism, and confidence Answer incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills Schedule appointments strategically to support provider productivity and patient retention Respond to patient inquiries and help guide patients through treatments, pricing, memberships, and promotions Help credential our practice by confidently communicating our expertise, reputation, and standards of care Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and payments Follow SOPs and workflows consistently and efficiently Support daily front office organization, cleanliness, inventory, and administrative tasks Work closely with providers and team members to create a seamless luxury patient experience
Qualifications:
Previous customer service, sales, or front desk experience required Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, skincare, wellness, or hospitality required Strong computer skills and ability to learn software systems quickly Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Strong typing and organizational skills (45+ WPM preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and polished demeanor Ability to receive feedback professionally and implement changes quickly

What does "going above and beyond" mean to you in customer service? This job is full time within the days and hours of Tuesday thru Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-4pm. No exceptions.
