Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Receptionist to join our vibrant dental team! In this essential role, you will be the friendly face and efficient coordinator at the front desk, ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional customer service. Your proactive approach will support daily operations, manage appointment scheduling, verify insurance coverage, and handle medical records with precision. Duties Greet patients warmly, check them in and out efficiently, and manage patient intake processes Schedule appointments using dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and handle billing Review documentation for accuracy, including medical history forms and treatment plans Maintain accurate and organized dental records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, providing clear information and scheduling assistance Skills Extensive experience with dental office management software such as Eaglesoft is highly desirable Strong knowledge of dental terminology, dental coding, and insurance billing procedures Proficiency in handling medical collections, documentation review, and health information management Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently Prior clinic or dental office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
