- Ophthalmology Practice Our busy ophthalmology practice with locations in Littleton and Castle Rock, Colorado is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.
Schedule:
Tuesdays:
Littleton officeThursdays:
Castle Rock office Weekly part-time positionResponsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Check patients in and out for appointments Collect copays and process patient payments Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule and confirm appointments Verify and update patient demographic information Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements Assist with general front office and administrative duties as neededQualifications:
Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer proficiency Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation to travel between the Littleton and Castle Rock offices We are looking for an individual who is personable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional patient service.To Apply:
