We are a privately owned, solo-doctor general dental practice- Piney Creek Family Dentistry- seeking a Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our friendly, patient-centered team. We treat our patients like family and are looking for a motivated team player who values excellent customer service, attention to detail, and a positive work environment. Position Details Part-time to Full-time opportunity 25-30 hours per week
Monday-Tuesday:
7:15 AM - 4:00
PM Wednesday-Thursday:
7:15 AM - 3:00 PM Competitive hourly pay based on experience Requirements Minimum 6 months of dental office experience required Experience with dental insurance verification and treatment planning preferred Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude Willingness to assist with sterilization and occasional back-office support as needed Open Dental experience is a plus Responsibilities Verify dental insurance benefits and enter insurance information accurately Present treatment plans and financial estimates Schedule patients, recare appointments, and outstanding treatment Answer phones and assist patients with questions Check patients in and out Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and follow-up Maintain accurate patient records Support team operations wherever needed Benefits Eligible full-time team members enjoy: PTO accrual Paid holidays 401(k) with 3% employer match Paid team meetings Team Support Help maintain smooth daily office operations Assist with sterilization and basic back-office support when needed Jump in wherever necessary to help the team succeed and provide excellent patient care Why Join Our Team?
