We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, provides exceptional customer service, and can confidently manage both administrative and clinical support responsibilities when needed. Being a team player with a positive attitude is non-negotiable. Schedule Monday, Tuesday & Thursday Part-time Consistent weekly schedule Preferred Qualifications Minimum 3 years of dental front office experience preferred Cross-trained dental assistant preferred Experience with Dentrix required Strong understanding of dental insurance verification and billing Excellent communication and multitasking skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Schedule and confirm appointments Manage phones, emails, and patient communication Process payments and maintain accurate patient records Coordinate treatment scheduling and recalls Assist with maintaining smooth daily office flow Verify insurance benefits, process claims, and handle billing inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail. Manage patient intake forms, update electronic health records (EHR systems), and review documentation for completeness. Assist with insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and explanation of treatment plans to patients. Maintain organized dental records, file documents securely, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Support medical coding processes including CPT coding, ICD-10/ICD-9 coding for procedures and diagnoses when applicable. Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth clinic flow and ensure timely patient care delivery. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, typing reports, managing office supplies, and supporting office management duties. Support the clinical team when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who can keep up with a busy schedule while still making patients feel comfortable and cared for.
