Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Dental Receptionist/ Social Media Lead to join our vibrant dental practice. This multifaceted role combines front desk administrative support with innovative social media management to enhance our practice's online presence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient service, possess strong organizational skills, and have a flair for engaging digital content. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face of our clinic while driving our social media initiatives forward, ensuring our community stays informed and connected. Duties Greet patients warmly, manage appointment scheduling, and coordinate patient flow using dental office management software: Eaglesoft Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle billing processes Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently Oversee social media platforms by creating engaging content, posting updates about clinic services, promotions, and oral health tips to boost community engagement Monitor online reviews and respond promptly to patient feedback to uphold the practice's reputation Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry , and managing medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Requirements Proven experience in a dental or medical office environment with familiarity using dental terminology Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Eaglesoft, or similar dental practice management software Understanding of HIPAA compliance standards Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in documentation review and office management tasks Prior clinic or dental office experience is preferred; familiarity with dental terminology and clinic workflows will be advantageous Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage medical records, care plans, and administrative support seamlessly Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding patient care while leveraging your administrative talents and social media expertise. Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 33.0 per week
