PTO and Holiday pay. Appointment Scheduler We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Appointment Scheduler to join our team. As an Appointment Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our patients. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you. Successful candidate should excellent phone skills, previous experience working with phone systems in a professional setting, knowledge of HIPAA regulations, and ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality. Knowledge of insurance plans, familiarity with electronic medical records systems, and experiencing with scheduling in a medical office environment is beneficial.
