Clinical Secretary 🏛️ Yale University - Smilow Cancer Center 📍 Hematology Oncology & GYN Oncology If you're strong in Epic and thrive in a busy medical office , this is a great opportunity to support a high‑impact clinical team while keeping the day running smoothly behind the scenes. What you'll be doing (day-to-day) Answering a high volume of calls in a clinical setting Registering patients + updating records in Epic Scheduling appointments and managing clinic coordination Triaging calls to medical staff, testing centers, and support teams Supporting the front desk by checking patients in/out as needed What we're looking for ✅ Epic experience required (Epic Cadence strongly preferred) ✅ Medical scheduling + appointment management ✅ Patient registration / patient access experience ✅ Insurance verification exposure is a plus ✅ Strong communication + ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Schedule 🕒 Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Keywords (for quick matching) Epic

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
