  • Multi-specialty office.
We are looking for experienced, full-time Front Desk Receptionists to join our fast-paced, multi-specialty medical practice.
Job Summary:
Patient registration. Appointment scheduling. Check-in and Check-out. Answer phones. Product/Service sales.
Skills:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. and upbeat personality. Detail-oriented, meticulous. Ability to multitask.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Training:
On-the-job training offered.
Requirements:
Flexible work schedule, with start times as early as 7:45 AM and end times as late as 6:30 PM, based on coverage needs. Reliable transportation. Occasional travel to Ridgefield office, when needed.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:45 AM and 6:30 PM. Work hours vary based on coverage needs.
Compensation:
Salary based on experience. $500 bonus after 6 months of employment. Outstanding Benefits That Work for
