Job Overview Our busy and professional Colon & Rectal Surgery practice is seeking a dependable and compassionate Clinical Support team member to join our staff. The ideal candidate will provide direct support to our physicians and patients while ensuring a smooth, efficient clinical workflow. Responsibilities Rooming patients and preparing them for examinations Taking and recording vital signs and updating patient medical records in the EMR Assisting physicians during examinations and minor procedures Maintaining exam rooms, stocking supplies, and ensuring a clean and organized clinical environment Assisting with specimen labeling and documentation Supporting office operations as needed, including scanning, filing, and patient communication Requirements Excellent communication and organizational skills Professional, caring, and team-oriented demeanor Basic computer skills Reliable and punctual Requirements Supportive, collaborative team environment Regular weekday hours (no nights, weekends, or holidays) Competitive salary
