About Us:
We are a patient-centered dental practice committed to delivering high-quality care in a friendly and supportive environment. Our team is passionate about making each visit a positive experience for our patients, and we're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to join us.
Job Summary:
As the first point of contact for our patients, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and have prior experience working in a dental office setting. A strong team-oriented attitude is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and professionally in person and over the phone Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify dental insurance and process billing/claims Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records Manage front office tasks including filing, scanning, and responding to emails Communicate effectively with dental staff and support smooth office operations
Requirements:
Previous dental office experience is required Familiarity with dental software Open Dental and FLEX! Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Reliable and able to work as part of a collaborative team High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
