This vital role serves as the welcoming face of our practice, ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk while providing exceptional patient support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude. As a Dental Front Office Coordinator, you will manage administrative tasks, coordinate office functions, and support team members to create a positive and efficient workplace experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills and contribute to our vibrant team. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, creating a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate team members promptly. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mailings, and deliveries. Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading. Support patient management by scheduling appointments, appointment confirmation and reminder of appointment preparation. Patient recall and maintaining the schedule. Supporting the management team by provide customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and ensuring excellent phone etiquette. Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace tools, and familiar with dental software's. Perform clerical duties such as typing documents, proofreading materials, and managing filing systems with attention to detail.
