In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help streamline daily operations, manage patient flow, and support the overall success of our office. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a caring team dedicated to delivering exceptional dental care and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor, creating a welcoming environment. Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify Insurance and process payments Manage patient check-in and check-out processes Coordinate with clinical staff regarding patient care plans, appointment scheduling, and documentation review to facilitate seamless patient experiences.
Qualifications:
Previous front desk, receptionist, or dental office experience preferred. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally and courteously. Bilingual (spanish) preferred Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay:
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
