Job Description

ABOUT OUR PRACTICE
We are a patient-centered dental practice in Dover, Delaware, dedicated to making quality care accessible and welcoming for every patient. We are growing — and we are looking for a motivated, ambitious coordinator who wants to be more than a receptionist. You will be the first impression of our practice and a key driver of our success.
THE ROLE
This position is the heartbeat of our front office. You will guide patients through their care journey, eliminate financial barriers, and keep daily operations running smoothly. We invest in people who invest in themselves — there is genuine opportunity for advancement for the right person.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF
YOU... Have dental or medical front office experience (preferred but not required) Communicate naturally — you make complex topics feel simple and approachable Are confident presenting treatment plans and comfortable asking for a patient commitment Thrive in a busy environment and juggle multiple tasks without losing focus Are self-directed — you produce results without needing to be micromanaged Think in outcomes, not just tasks — you measure your day by what you accomplished Bring positive energy and professionalism every single day
SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
