Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative duties. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will ensure smooth clinic operations, accurate documentation, and a welcoming environment for all patients. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, verify their appointment details, and facilitate a positive first impression. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently using dental practice management software. Schedule appointments accurately while coordinating with clinical staff to optimize daily patient flow. Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, provide excellent patient service, and handle inquiries related to billing, appointments, or treatment plans. Skills Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and typing speed (10 key typing). Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse patient populations effectively.
